  1. What is your booking policy?​​

  • 30% deposit needed to confirm your booking

  • The remaining amount is due one week before the event.​

   

    2. What is your cancellation policy​?​

  • Reschedule to a later date with no penalties (Valid until the last 48h leading to the event)

  • If there are no possible future dates, we will refund half the payment (Valid until the last 48h leading to the event)

    3. Can you sort me out with rentals?

  • We can organize it all with our private inventory and local partners. An administrative fee equivalent to 18% of the rental charges might apply. 

  • Clients are also welcome to arrange the rentals by themselves instead, a list of necessities and recommendations will be provided by the chef after the menu negotiation.

    4. Where do we cater?

  • We can cater your event anywhere in the Sea to Sky corridor.

  • Home Bistronomy (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting our client’s privacy. This policy outlines the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be managed and processed by us.

    • information that you provide by filling out the content form on our website.
    • if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

  • to carry out work arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;

  • to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

  • to make suggestions and recommendations to you and other users of our site about goods or services that may interest you or them.

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE Information we receive via completed website contact forms is stored within the content management system of our website.
